Stella Tsilia

She holds a BSc in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), and a MSc in Astronomy from Leiden University (The Netherlands). She is currently doing her PhD at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (Spain).

Since 2015, she has been actively involved in science communication and STEAM education, as well as volunteering. She has been a member of the organizing team for major scientific events. She has taught educational robotics for children and adults, and has designed and facilitated multiple workshops on science, space, teaching and soft skills. She has also worked as a software engineer in the space industry.

Passionately curious, she believes that everyone can be a changemaker.
