Nikos Tremoulis

He is a philologist, specializing in ancient Greek, Latin, and Byzantine literature, as well as paleography, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is an experienced amateur astronomer. He has worked as a philologist in schools and tutoring centers of secondary education.

He has attended seminars on the creation of educational programs and science communication (Children’s Museum, 1995), given popular lectures in educational/scientific institutions, and participated in the development/design and execution of numerous presentations, demonstrations of experiments and educational activities for students, the general public and science festivals. He was a member of the editorial team of History and Physics books for High School (OEDB, 1997).

He maintains a blog to promote knowledge to the public. He is a musician (vocals, baritone) and participates in choral ensembles.

This philologist is a versatile and dedicated educator who has devoted his life to the dissemination of knowledge. He is an experienced and capable teacher who has positively influenced the lives of many students. He is also an active citizen who has significantly contributed to society through his work in education and science communication.
